Job summary

SEIU 775 is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to serve as a frontline resource for members, handling a high volume of calls and inquiries about workplace rights, benefits, and membership.

You will document interactions in internal systems, support grievance intake and referrals, and assist with membership and training questions while contributing to member engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Vietnamese, Korean, Cantonese, Spanish, Russian of interest).
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including data entry and use of multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and document interactions in internal systems.
• Provide information on contracts, workplace rights, and union processes.
• Assist with membership enrollment, dues, and registration; support grievance intake and referrals.
