Job summary

Nadia Care is seeking a remote Bilingual (Spanish) Member Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for new members. You will welcome families, conduct their initial visit, educate them on services, and complete intake before handing off to a Maternity Navigator for ongoing care.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Care Delivery and work ET-aligned hours. A background of 3–4+ years in patient onboarding, fluency in English and Spanish, and comfort with CRM/scheduling tools are

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-4+ years in patient onboarding, member engagement, customer service, community health, or healthcare navigation (Medicaid populations a plus).
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fully fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) with strong conversational fluency and non-technical terminology.
• Communication Skills: High emotional intelligence, active listening, and ability to build rapport during structured talks.
• Technical Savvy: Comfortable with CRM platforms, virtual tools, and scheduling software (Acuity, Spruce, EHRs, MacOS).
• Adaptability & Drive: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup with daily outreach targets.
• Education & Basics: High school diploma or GED; reliable home internet and quiet space for calls.

Responsibilities

• First Visit & Onboarding: Conduct up to 7 comprehensive virtual Welcome Visits daily; educate on services and establish trust.
• Care Team Warm Handoff: Coordinate with Maternity Navigators and clinicians for smooth transitions.
• System Documentation: Log interactions, schedule visits, and track onboarding in systems like Athena.
