Job summary

Nadia Care is recruiting a compassionate RN to bridge clinical care and community support for new mothers and babies. The role focuses on postpartum guidance, telemedicine visits, and collaboration with Maternity Navigators to connect families with non-clinical resources.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in prenatal/postpartum care, Spanish bilingual proficiency, and a compact-state RN license. Remote work model with structured benefits supports paid time off and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in a compact state (TN or IN) or eligible for licensure in other compact states.
• Minimum 5 years of prenatal and postpartum care experience in relevant settings.
• Native or bilingual fluency in Spanish with ability to deliver clinically relevant information in Spanish.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with compassionate, empathetic care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telemedicine visits in the postpartum period to identify clinical needs and educate on complex topics.
• Assess urgent maternal warning signs and high blood pressure values and navigate to appropriate care settings.
• Review EPDS scores and follow up on irregular values escalated to care team.
• Serve as a liaison between Nadia Care and obstetric providers, documenting visits and escalating needs.
