Job summary

Nadia Care is seeking a remote bilingual (Spanish) Member Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for new members. You will welcome families, conduct their initial visit, educate them on services, and complete intake before handing off to a Maternity Navigator for ongoing support.

Work hours are paid hourly with a schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 8:30am-5:30pm ET and Tue, Thu 11:00am-8:00pm ET. You report to the Senior Manager of Care Delivery and collaborate with the care team to ensure

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in patient onboarding, member engagement, customer service, community health or healthcare navigation ( Medicaid populations a plus).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport.
• Comfort with CRM platforms, virtual tools and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• First Visit & Onboarding: conduct up to 7 Welcome Visits per day, educate on services and identify urgent needs for the clinical team.
• Care Team Warm Handoff: ensure smooth transitions and pass intake notes to the core team.
• System Documentation: log interactions, schedule visits and track onboarding in systems like Athena.
