Nadia Care seeks a remote Bilingual (Spanish) Care Guide to be the first contact for new members. You will welcome families, conduct the initial virtual visit, educate them on services, and complete intake, setting a warm tone for the member's journey.
You will hand off enrolled members to Maternity Navigators for ongoing care, coordinate with the clinical team, and maintain accurate records in Athena and related systems while meeting daily outreach goals.
Adaptability & Drive: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment while hitting daily outreach quality and engagement targetsBilingual Proficiency: Fully fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) with strong conversational fluency and comfortable using non-technical terminology with membersEducation & Basics: High school diploma or GED equivalent; reliable home internet access and a quiet space for taking callsTechnical Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, virtual communication tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Acuity, Spruce, EHRs, MacOS)Communication Skills: High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the ability to build immediate rapport while guiding members through structured talk tracksExperience: 3-5+ years in patient onboarding, member engagement, customer service, community health, or healthcare navigation (experience with Medicaid populations is a strong plus)
