Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is hiring a Remote Intake Coordinator fluent in English and Spanish to manage referrals and ensure timely, accurate intake processing across our network. You will coordinate with clinicians, administrative staff, and funding sources, enter authorizations, and help train new intake staff.

The role emphasizes high-volume processing, precise data entry, and strong written and verbal communication in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or two years of college coursework.
• 3–5 years of ABA intake experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with CentralReach and CRM systems; high-volume intake processes.
• Computer proficiency in word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and internet software.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals daily and provide comprehensive intake data to leadership the same day intake is completed.
• Serve as a resource for staff on intake and triage; support scheduling and documentation in EMR systems.
• Enter authorization information, CPT/ICD codes, and follow up with funding sources for missing authorizations.
• Assist with training and orientation of new intake staff; monitor referrals and assessments for accuracy.
