Winning Assistants, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Bilingual Medical Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to join our remote team. This role focuses on supporting personal injury and healthcare clients, acting as the main contact for patients, attorneys, and referral partners.

You will manage calls, scheduling, referrals, and insurance verification, while ensuring accurate records and smooth day-to-day operations. Experience in a healthcare setting and HIPAA awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Experience in personal injury or healthcare preferred.
• Experience with patient scheduling, referrals, and insurance verification.
• Familiarity with Jane EHR or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Handle patient intake, scheduling, confirmations, and calendar coordination.
• Follow up on personal injury referrals and new patient inquiries.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with administrative processing.
• Coordinate patient care and appointment follow-ups.
• Communicate with attorneys, providers, and offices regarding cases.
• Manage documents like medical records and lien agreements.
