Fluent English and Spanish, at least 1 year of U.S. healthcare experience, and availability during U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supporting U.S. healthcare accounts.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) and fluent Spanish.
• Clear, professional spoken English with a neutral or minimal accent.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Experience verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong customer service and patient communication skills.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming patient calls, emails, and electronic messages.
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups.
• Assist patients with routine questions and direct inquiries to the healthcare team.
• Communicate professionally with physicians, medical staff, and patients.
• Deliver friendly, empathetic, and efficient customer service.
