Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Bilingual Dental Patient Coordinator to support a U.S.-based dental practice remotely from Costa Rica. You will handle patient scheduling, insurance inquiries, records, and general front-office tasks while communicating in English and Spanish.

The role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant handling of patient data, accurate calendars, and responsive service. Prior experience in U.S.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• 1–2 years of experience in U.S. dental/healthcare admin.
• Familiarity with dental office procedures and workflows.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and insurance verification.
• Knowledge of dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
• Strong telephone communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple admin tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients by phone, email, and text.
• Manage appointments: new bookings, confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling.
• Communicate in English and Spanish with patients and dental team.
• Provide reminders and follow-up for treatments.
• Assist with insurance eligibility checks and billing support.
• Maintain accurate patient records in PM systems.
• Handle confidential information following HIPAA requirements.
