Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is hiring a Call Center Representative – Medicaid Member Support (Bilingual English/Spanish) to handle escalated inquiries in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with eligibility, applications, and updates, while delivering exceptional service and meeting performance goals.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a call center, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Must pass the Call Center – Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test.
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience in telephone customer service or related experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs and navigate multiple screens.
• Comfortable working within established processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gathers information, assesses caller needs, researches, and resolves inquiries, and documents calls.
• Provides information regarding member eligibility and assists with completing Medicaid applications and updates on status.
• Follows documented policies and procedures including call handling and escalations.
• Advocates for Medicaid members to ensure needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple computer screens while accessing information from various applications.
• Utilize multiple systems to gather information and document across systems.
