Responsibilities

• Support one assigned Loan Officer
• Communicate directly with borrowers during initial stages
• Assist with mortgage loan applications
• Collect borrower documentation
• Follow up for outstanding information and documents
• Assist with mortgage processing and loan documentation
• Maintain organization and file follow-up
• Help keep loans moving toward closing
• Provide professional and responsive borrower service
