My Secure Advantage is seeking a Financial Success Coordinator (bilingual EN/ES) for a fully remote role. You will manage high-volume calls, emails, and scheduling while guiding members to appropriate financial coaching resources. Strong communication, documentation, and confidentiality are essential.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This is a 100% remote position within an eligible U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound member calls professionally.
• Respond to member emails and messages throughout the workday.
• Welcome new members and explain available services.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments.
