Job summary

Nadia Care is hiring a full-time Bilingual Maternity Navigator to support expectant and new mothers in the Greater Nashville area. You will build trusted relationships, provide health education, and connect families with resources to ensure a healthy, joyful pregnancy.

Role involves scheduling from 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm, occasional weekends, and light on-call; you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team and document interactions for top-quality, coordinated care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy, or healthcare navigation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong listening skills.
• Experience educating prenatal/postpartum health and navigating social needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with mothers virtually and in-person; educate on urgent maternal signs and postpartum recovery.
• Teach birth positions and breathing techniques to boost confidence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and escalate clinical issues.
• Document all care interactions clearly for coordinated support.
• Build trusting relationships and connect families to community resources.
• Advocate for mothers; provide feedback to shape Nadia Care programs.
• Attend administrative meetings and follow policies.
