Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; 1+ year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Capability to train and perform job remotely; must meet work-from-home requirements.
• P&C or Personal Lines license; if not licensed, must obtain within 6 months and company covers costs.
• Bilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish) to assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry-level service to policyholders via phone, chat or web with first-contact resolution.
• Explain coverages, review policies, quote existing policies and process underwriting within standard authority.
• Engage with customers to ensure simple, positive, personalized experiences and cross-sell relevant products.
