Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring entry-level service agents to provide frontline support to policyholders. You will handle requests via phone, web, and chat, explaining coverages and assisting with policy reviews, quotes, and underwriting transactions while working toward licensure.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, a P&C license or plan to obtain it within six months, and strong bilingual communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• P&C or Personal Lines license; obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Remote-work capability with home-based setup.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle policyholder requests via phone, web, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
• Explain coverages and provide policy reviews and quotes as needed.
• Process underwriting transactions within standard authority levels and support cross-selling where appropriate.
