CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring Insurance Service Associates for a remote role across multiple states, including Delaware. You will provide entry-level service to policyholders, explain coverages, review policies, and process underwriting transactions while working to deliver a positive, personal customer experience.

The role emphasizes training, licensing within six months, and a remote-first environment with flexible scheduling to support 40 hours per week across various shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or a combination of education and 1+ year directly relevant work experience.
• Capability to train and perform the job in a remote setting; meet work-from-home requirements.
• P&C or Personal Lines License; if not licensed at hire, must obtain within 6 months; company provides study materials and licensing exam costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry level service and support to policyholders with a focus on first contact resolution.
• Explain coverages, conduct policy reviews, provide quotes for existing policies and process underwriting transactions within standard authority.
• Interact with policyholders via phone, web and chat to ensure a simple, positive and personal experience.
