Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Service Associate to join our remote team. This entry-level role focuses on first-contact resolution for policyholders through phone, chat, or web, with emphasis on clear explanations of coverages and friendly service.

You will support bilingual customers, assist with quotes and policy information, and work toward licensure within six months. Training is comprehensive and remote-friendly, with standard hours and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ year relevant work experience.
• Capability to train and perform remotely; able to meet work-from-home requirements.
• P&C or Personal Lines license; if not licensed at hire, must obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to policyholders via phone, web or chat.
• Expound on coverages, perform policy reviews and inform on quotes.
• Process underwriting transactions within standard authority levels.
