Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an Insurance Service Associate for remote work across multiple states, including Idaho. The role focuses on first contact resolution and providing support to policyholders via phone, web, and chat.

Associates may cross-sell and bind applicable products as part of the job, while working toward licensure. Training starts with a 15-week program, and schedules are designed to cover 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or a combination of education and 1+ year directly relevant work experience.
• Capability to train and perform the job in a remote setting as required.
• P&C or Personal Lines License; if not licensed at time of hire, must obtain license within 6 months of hire date. Company will provide study materials and cover cost of licensing exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry level service and support to policyholders with a focus on first contact resolution.
• Expound on coverages, provide detailed policy reviews, provide insurance quotes for existing policies and process underwriting transactions within standard authority levels.
• Work directly with policyholders via phone, web and chat to ensure a simple, positive and personal experience.
