Remote is seeking a Business Development Consultant to join a dynamic insurance sales team in a fully remote role. You will build trusted relationships with financial advisors, conduct consultative outreach, and tailor insurance solutions to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance, sales, or related commercial role.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• College/university degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong bilingual English and French, oral and written.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with financial professionals.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative problem-solving and willingness to develop new sales approaches.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel is a plus.
• LLQP designation or progress toward it is considered an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contact financial advisors through outbound calls and meet activity goals.
• Build, maintain and expand relationships with advisors in the assigned territory.
• Use consultative selling to understand advisor needs and recommend solutions.
• Present insurance products and services to support advisors and increase sales.
• Execute targeted campaigns and develop plans to convert opportunities.
• Maintain advisor profiles and record activities in Salesforce.
• Share qualified leads and market insights with colleagues to support performance.
