Job summary

BMO is seeking a fully remote Insurance Sales Specialist to promote and sell insurance solutions through inbound and outbound channels, delivering a client-first experience.

The role requires bilingual French and English, licensing compliance, and strong sales acumen. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support training, and drive strategic initiatives while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Bilingual French and English is required.
• Must meet licensing and certification requirements for the team/branch/jurisdiction.
• Life license (LLQP) or Level 2 license in Ontario/Quebec for Life Insurance products.
• OTL license in Ontario and/or Quebec with plan to obtain LLQP within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Insurance products and solutions through inbound and outbound channels.
• Achieves sales targets and drives client growth and retention.
• Provides guidance on licenses, training, and compliance requirements.
• Builds relationships with internal/external stakeholders to deliver solutions.
