Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a results-driven sales professional to build relationships with financial advisors across a national Canadian territory. You will conduct outbound calls, assess client needs, and tailor insurance solutions that meet business objectives.

This role offers full-time remote work for candidates in QC, NS, or NB. You will collaborate with the sales team, leverage Salesforce, and pursue growth opportunities while achieving activity and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in insurance, sales, or related field.
• Fluent in English and French; serves clients across Canadian provinces outside Quebec.
• College diploma or university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to initiate conversations, build rapport, identify opportunities, and close leads.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and maintain relationships with financial advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent time management, autonomy, creativity, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel is a plus.
• Life insurance license PQPAV obtained or in progress is an advantage.
• Ability to develop innovative sales approaches and adapt strategies to client needs.
• Motivation to learn, accept feedback, and pursue future field-based opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships with financial advisors.
• Identify client needs and recommend insurance products and solutions.
• Promote products and value-added resources through client-focused conversations.
• Execute targeted sales campaigns to identify promising prospects and plan actions.
• Use Salesforce to maintain advisor profiles and track opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share leads and market insights.
• Meet calling, appointment-setting, and sales targets consistently.
