Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to proactively connect with financial advisors across Canada from a remote base. You will make outbound calls (targeting 60+ per day), qualify needs, and present insurance solutions to drive new business while maintaining a consultative approach.

You'll leverage Salesforce to track activity, expand advisor relationships, and collaborate with colleagues on campaigns and insight sharing.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in insurance, sales, or related role.
• Proven success in proactive selling, outbound prospecting, and cold calling.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Bilingual English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving skills and creativity in sales approaches.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel is a plus.
