Job summary

You’ll handle 300–350 inbound leads monthly, work in both French and English, and collaborate across teams to streamline workflows and improve the customer experience. Licensing in Quebec may be pursued where needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual French and English with strong communication skills.
• Licensed Life and Accident & Sickness (LLQP) in good standing.
• 1–4 years of experience in insurance or related field.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound leads and consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on life, critical illness, and health & dental options using the company’s digital platform.
• Guide buyers through quoting and policy selection across channels.
• Manage a high-volume inbound pipeline and track progress in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Sales and Success teams to optimize processes.
