Job summary

IDEXX is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to support Canada, working with our North America team. This role focuses on consultative selling of veterinary diagnostic tools, building strong customer relationships, and expanding territory revenue through knowledge and collaboration with field teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales, fluent in French and English, and experience with Salesforce. The position offers an hourly wage with commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English (preferred Quebecois French).
• 1–2 years of direct sales experience (telephone or in-person).
• Experience in diagnostic sales is a plus.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Present IDEXX values to customers professionally and knowledgeably.
• Use consultative selling to grow diagnostic revenue with IDEXX as a partner.
• Leverage discovery to generate leads within existing customers.
• Build customer loyalty through IDEXX products and services.
• Collaborate with field sales to increase utilization and revenue.
• Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate customer profiles.
