Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support Canada from a remote location. You will engage veterinary practices through professional phone interactions, using a consultative approach to grow diagnostic revenue and strengthen customer partnerships.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication (French and English), discovery-based selling, and close collaboration with field sales. Prior sales experience and a patient, team-oriented mindset are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (Québecois preferred) and English.
• 1–2 years direct telephone or face-to-face sales experience.
• Diagnostic or healthcare sales background preferred.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline highly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Present IDEXX values to customers professionally.
• Use consultative selling to grow diagnostic revenue.
• Perform discovery to generate leads within existing base.
• Promote IDEXX products and services including in-house diagnostics and reference testing.
• Collaborate with field sales to drive revenue and utilization.
• Maintain customer profiles and interactions in Salesforce.com.
