Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Provide memorable customer service by actively listening and using consultative selling.
• Educate clients on services, answer questions, overcome objections, and schedule evaluations.
• Follow contact center scripts while engaging with clients.
• Build rapport with clients of differing personality types.
• Maintain politeness and professionalism during all interactions.
• Keep records of conversations in the call center system.
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative service targets.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training to stay updated on services.
