Job summary

Huntington Learning Center is seeking an Inbound Contact Center Representative for remote work in the United States. You will handle initial inquiries, educate parents on Huntington services, and schedule student evaluations and consultations.

The role involves following scripts, building rapport, and meeting service targets while working from home across varied shifts. A high school diploma or GED is required, with bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate parents on services and schedule student evaluations and consultations.
• Handle initial inquiries using scripts and maintain positive rapport.
• Follow contact center scripts when speaking with clients.
• Keep records of all conversations in the call center system.
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative service targets.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training to maintain knowledge of services.
