Responsibilities

• Educate clients about our services during initial inquiries, respond to questions, address objections, and schedule student evaluations and consultations.
• Follow call center scripts when speaking with clients.
• Build positive rapport with clients of differing personality types.
• Remain polite and professional during all interactions.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center system.
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative service targets.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services.
