Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a Bilingual People Operations Associate (HR Operations) to guide onboarding and answer policy questions for a high-volume workforce. This remote role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail to support a fast-growing organization.

You will process I-9 verifications, review background checks, manage associate data in Workday, and assist with wage audits and file maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
• 0–2 years of HR or People Operations experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the new hire experience by guiding onboarding in a high-volume environment and answering questions about processes.
• Serve as the primary resource for associates on policies, procedures, and systems via the case management system.
• Perform I-9 verification, background checks review, and maintain accurate associate data for regulatory compliance.
• Handle employment verifications, wage audits, and personnel file management; assist with data analysis in Excel.
