Valet Living is seeking a Bilingual People Operations Associate (HR Operations) to support onboarding and ongoing associate inquiries. This role delivers a seamless new hire experience and guides employees through policies, procedures, and systems in a fast-growing, remote environment.

You'll manage communications through our case management system, ensure I-9 verification and background checks, and assist with data entry in Workday.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• High school diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
• 0–2 years HR or People Operations experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office; Workday experience preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires in a high-volume environment.
• Answer policy and procedure questions; manage case inquiries.
• Complete I-9 verification and review background checks.
• Handle employment verifications and wage audits.
• Input data into Workday and assist with reporting.
• Maintain confidential associate information.
