Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a People Practices Specialist to provide inquiry and transactional support to teammates through case management tools, telephony, chat, and email platforms. You will facilitate basic employee data transactions and resolve day-to-day inquiries while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant support.

This remote role requires late-shift coverage starting at 6:00 AM EST. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is REQUIRED.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Proficiency in data entry and accuracy.
Familiarity with Workday and/or ServiceNow is a plus.
High school diploma required; further education a plus.

Responsibilities

Uses case and knowledge management tools, telephony, chat, online cases, and email platforms to respond to People Practices inquiries and complete basic transactions.
Initiates and documents transactions in compliance with procedures and data privacy standards.
Provides professional and inclusive customer service and escalates complex issues according to established protocols.
Maintains current knowledge of People Practices policies and programs.
Adheres to case documentation and audit requirements.
Triages inquiries for appropriate handling and ensures follow-up to resolution.
