Valet Living is seeking a Bilingual People Operations Associate (HR Operations) to support onboarding, policy questions, and compliance for a high-volume workforce. You’ll guide new hires and associates, answer inquiries in English and Spanish, and help create a positive, service‑driven experience.

In this 100% remote role, you’ll input data into Workday, assist with reports in Excel, and uphold confidentiality while delivering accurate, timely responses.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s in HR or business preferred.
• 0-2 years of HR or People Operations experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; Workday experience preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a welcoming onboarding process for new hires in a high-volume environment.
• Guide new hires through onboarding steps, ensuring tasks are completed and questions answered.
• Provide personalized support to help navigate systems and next steps.
• Act as a primary resource for associates needing policy/procedure support and system inquiries.
• Manage inquiries through the case management system with timely, accurate responses.
• Answer calls and voicemails professionally and empathetically.
• Complete I-9 verification and review background checks per guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date associate information and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle employment verifications, wage audits, and personnel file management.
• Input data into Workday and assist with reports in Excel; protect confidentiality.
• Document processes and create self-service resources; suggest improvements.
• Support Workday testing and system updates, plus ongoing training.
