Job summary

Valet Living is seeking an HR Business Partner to support Operations Directors and field associates nationwide. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will handle performance management, policy interpretation, investigations, unemployment, leaves, accommodations, and associate programs.

You will partner with HR leaders to mitigate risk, promote consistency, and align people strategies with business objectives, using Workday, ALLVoices, ADP Claims Management, Excel, PowerPoint,

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience in progressive roles such as Senior HR Generalist or HRBP.

Responsibilities

• Own associate relations and case resolution.
• Manage wage/hour, harassment, discrimination, policy violations, performance concerns, and terminations.
• Coach leaders on performance coaching and organizational change.
• Advise on engagement, policy interpretation, and risk.
• Lead investigations and prepare summaries and recommendations.
• Improve documentation and consistency across processes.
• Handle disciplinary documentation, leave materials, unemployment records, and separations.
• Administer ADA accommodations and leaves; route FMLA to Leave Management.
• Apply multi-state employment law and stay updated across 40-state workforce.
• Collaborate with leaders nationwide; support HR projects and initiatives.
• Utilize Workday, ALLVoices, ADP Claims, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook to monitor activity.
