NAVEX is seeking a Bilingual Communication Specialist to handle sensitive workplace concerns via inbound calls. This remote role supports Hotline & Incident Management, delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Remote work with a quiet home office and reliable internet.
• Excellent listening and written reporting skills.
• Experience using MS Office and the ability to navigate proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Engage reporters with care and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Answer calls across industries and follow intake processes with good judgment.
• Guide reporters through interviews, asking questions to capture accurate details.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of reports internally and externally.
• Assist with special projects and other departmental duties as assigned.
• Adhere to shift schedules in a 24/7 operation.
