Amerit Consulting is seeking bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support Medi‑Cal enrollment and member services in California. This is a customer-facing role focused on inbound calls with occasional outbound follow-up, assisting beneficiaries with coverage options, enrollment, and plan details.

After 4–5 weeks of onsite training in Rancho Cordova, CA, you will transition to remote work with company equipment. Full-time contract, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST, starting Nov 30, 2026.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and at least one of the required languages listed.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer service calls and conduct outbound follow-up calls as needed.
• Assist Medi-Cal beneficiaries with questions regarding healthcare coverage, enrollment, and managed care plans.
• Explain plan options, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
• Escalate complex inquiries to supervisors when necessary.
