CalOptima Health invites you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in California. You will support Medi-Cal Call Center operations by assisting members and providers with eligibility, enrollment, benefits and services while delivering high-quality customer service.

You may work in a full-office setting with potential telework within California, requiring in-person presence at the Orange, CA location as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 6 months of call center experience.
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute required.
• Experience in customer service or member inquiries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for CalOptima Health’s members and providers.
• Assist with eligibility, enrollment, benefits and services questions.
• Enter accurate documentation into internal systems.
• Maintain internal and external relationships with prompt service.
• Identify and communicate challenges while following policies.
