Katapult Network is seeking an entry-level bilingual Health Services Representative to coordinate information, services, and projects between departments. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply and will support managers and clients in day-to-day activities.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizing, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to work with Spanish and English. The role involves enrollment support, benefit questions, and auditing enrollment data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency preferred.
• Experience coordinating enrollment and benefit-related questions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rapport with customers and teams by coordinating contacts, researching services, setting priorities, and resolving problems.
• Serve as liaison between associates and consultants to assist with enrollment and benefits questions.
• Review enrollment systems and provide basic analysis for monthly reporting.
• Maintain suggestion system and administrative processes per management directives.
• Enroll associates into benefit plans in payroll and vendor systems.
• Maintain benefit enrollments and audit invoicing with carriers.
• Document actions to management to maintain continuity and identify irregularities.
• Complete admin projects by leveraging new technology and redesigning systems.
• Provide support to Benefits and Workers' Compensation/Safety teams.
• Answer enrollment questions and coordinate enrollment status changes.
