Katapult Network is seeking an entry-level Health Services Representative to assist employees with benefits, enrollment, and related health services. You will coordinate enrollment changes, maintain accurate records, and act as a liaison among employees, managers, and providers.

No prior healthcare experience is required; strong communication and organizational skills will help you grow in this role within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Previous healthcare or benefits experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with benefits, enrollment, eligibility, and resources.
• Coordinate benefit enrollment and status changes for employees.
• Enter enrollment information accurately in systems.
• Serve as a point of contact between employees, managers, consultants, and providers.
• Review enrollment information and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain employee benefit records and documentation.
• Complete routine audits to ensure enrollment accuracy.
• Track requests and follow up with teams to close items.
• Support regular reporting and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Provide admin support to Benefits, Workers' Compensation, and Safety teams.
• Assist with projects to improve processes and systems.
• Build knowledge of benefit programs through training.
