Responsibilities

• Assist employees with questions about benefits, enrollment, eligibility, and available resources.
• Coordinate benefit enrollment and status changes while helping employees understand next steps.
• Accurately enter and maintain enrollment information within benefit, payroll, and vendor systems.
• Serve as a point of contact between employees, managers, consultants, and benefit providers.
• Review enrollment information and help identify or resolve discrepancies.
