Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts, researching and developing new services and methods, setting priorities, resolving problems
• Act as liaison between associates and consultants to assist with enrollment and benefits questions
• Review enrollment systems and provide basic analysis for monthly reporting
• Enroll associates into benefit plans and manage invoicing with insurers
• Support Benefits and Workers' Compensation/Safety teams
• Answer enrollment questions and coordinate status changes
