Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy for older adults nationwide. Remote work, flexible full-time or part-time hours, and guaranteed clinical support are offered.

Therapists manage their own schedules (15–25 hours per week as 1099 or W2) with comprehensive administrative and clinical backup. Join a team that provides wraparound support, a dedicated clinical lead, and modern telehealth tools, including AI documentation, to keep you focused on patient

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in social work or counseling field (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent).
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults via virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Maintain efficient documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
