This role is 100% remote, requiring bilingual English/Spanish communication and exceptional organization to guide members from first contact through ongoing coaching.

The Financial Success Coordinator II will own member onboarding, match members with coaches, schedule sessions, and maintain careful records while ensuring a warm, high-quality member

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a coordination, customer success, scheduling, or member services role.
• Bilingual — fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through — you juggle many people and deadlines.
• Warm, clear communication across phone, email, and chat.
• Comfort handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages.
• High school diploma required.
• Nice to have: Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls plus member emails and messages in a high-volume environment.
• Intake: welcoming new members and setting clear expectations.
• The match: pairing members with the coach best suited to their goals.
• The calendar: scheduling to keep sessions flowing.
• Follow-through: re-engaging members to minimize no-shows.
• The handoffs: reliable contact across members, coaches, and teams.
• The records: accurate member records and engagement data.
