My Secure Advantage is seeking a Financial Success Coordinator for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will be the first friendly face, welcoming new members and guiding them to the right coach, while managing calendars and communications to ensure a smooth coaching journey.

You will own intake, matching, scheduling, and follow-through, acting as the central contact in a fast-paced environment. A bilingual approach and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in coordination, customer success, scheduling, or member services.
• Bilingual — fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written
• Exceptional organization and follow-through — juggle many people and deadlines
• Warm, clear communication across phone, email, and chat
• Comfort handling high volume of calls, emails, and messages with accuracy
• CRM, scheduling, and reporting tools proficiency

Responsibilities

• Inbound/outbound calls and member emails in a high-volume setting.
• Intake: welcome new members and set expectations for coaches.
• Match members with the best coach for their goals.
• Calendar: schedule sessions and keep flow; minimize wait times.
• Follow-through: re-engage members to reduce no-shows.
• Handoffs: be the reliable contact across members, coaches, and teams.
• Maintain accurate member records, session notes, and engagement data.
