Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role in Care Center Sales. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver outstanding service nationwide, in English and Spanish.

The position offers uncapped commissions, incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team environment; you will contribute to revenue growth while maintaining professional, empathetic client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
