My Secure Advantage is hiring a Financial Success Coordinator II - Bilingual for a fully remote role in the United States. You will welcome new members, match them with the right coach, and manage session calendars to ensure timely coaching.

You will handle high-volume calls, emails, and messages with a warm, professional approach while maintaining accurate records and engagement data for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a coordination, customer success, scheduling, or member services role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through with multiple deadlines.
• Warm, clear communication across phone, email, and chat.
• Comfort with high-volume inbound/outbound calls and messages.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/outbound calls and member emails in a high-volume setting.
• Welcome new members and set expectations for coaching.
• Match members with coaches based on goals and life stage.
• Schedule sessions and keep calendars up to date.
• Follow through to minimize no-shows and drop-off.
• Handoffs across members, coaches, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate member records and engagement data.
