Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a remote role across the United States. You will manage inbound and outbound Care Center calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients while driving revenue growth.

Ideal candidates are bilingual English/Spanish, with at least a high school diploma and 6 months in sales or customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred, and a Bachelor's is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound Care Center calls with a consultative approach.
• Sell Interlock products and services while meeting revenue targets.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to clients.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and other systems.
