Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator to support patients and healthcare providers through coverage navigation and personalized case management. You will communicate benefits, manage inquiries, and coordinate with nurse educators and teams to ensure timely access to medications.

Strong customer service, attention to detail, and empathy are essential. Remote eligibility applies based on company criteria; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with professional telephone etiquette.
• Self-awareness of emotions and impact on others.
• Multitasking ability and good communication.
• Customer service and healthcare experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English a plus; remote work eligibility based on criteria.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with patients and prescribers.
• Perform program welcome calls and benefits discussions.
• Respond to client inquiries and triage calls per FAQs.
• Coordinate case management and communicate coverage options.
• Document activities and adhere to SOPs and policies.
