Job summary

SeedTrust, a fully remote company focused on escrow for surrogacy and egg donation journeys, is hiring an Escrow Administrator fluent in English and Mandarin.

You will answer client inquiries in both languages, open new escrow accounts, and prepare reports, invoices, and letters with accuracy and care. You’ll collaborate with the Escrow Operations team to ensure timely handoffs and clear communications for clients across borders.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all communications.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails in English and Mandarin, directing clients to the right contacts.
• Open new escrow accounts and cases with complete and accurate information.
• Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and documents with care.
• Manage shared inbox and ensure timely processing of requests.
• Collaborate with Escrow Account Leads, Specialists, and teammates for smooth handoffs.
• Flag missing information or errors and escalate if needed.
