Compass International Holdings is seeking a Mandarin-speaking escrow officer to act as the essential link in home transactions. You review contracts, manage documentation, and coordinate with agents and clients to keep closings moving forward.

You ensure titles are clear, taxes are paid, and funds are properly handled from start to finish. You will build relationships with agents, lenders, and government agencies, providing white-glove service and guiding teams through complex closings.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; continuing education courses as required.
• Experience: Two to three years of escrow experience, front- and back-end.
• Certification: Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
• Industry awareness: Knowledge of closing process.
• Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Communications: Strong written and verbal skills with all parties.

Responsabilidades

• Know the contract from start to finish and close in a timely, efficient, error-free manner.
• Verify all paperwork is complete so escrow closes on time and correctly.
• Work with lenders and underwriters to fund and complete transactions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with agents, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and government agencies.
• Reach out to new agents, build trust, market the business, and provide white-glove service.
• Train escrow assistants, delegate tasks, audit work, answer questions, and guide the team.
• Be present at closing to ensure a positive experience for agents and buyers.
