Job summary

Crimson Education, a leading college admissions consultancy, seeks a bilingual Mandarin/English coordinator to manage inbound inquiries from Chinese clients and families. You will work with the Marketing Manager and North America team to ensure a smooth customer experience across Crimson programs.

Responsibilities include lead monitoring, data entry in Salesforce, and coordinating meetings with Academic Advisors while enhancing sales processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Mandarin native or proficient, and English proficiency for written and spoken communication.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for multi-channel outreach.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and other CRM systems in education or services.
• Background in Chinese marketing platforms and cross-cultural client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor leads and enrollments from multiple channels with progress reporting.
• Qualify inquiries from parents and students and manage data in Salesforce.
• Maintain positive customer interactions and professional relationships.
• Track leads through the sales pipeline and schedule meetings with advisors.
• Support outreach tactics for events like expos, seminars, and webinars.
